I didn’t even get my car fixed here and the mechanics were very nice. We called back and forth trying to figure out if the problem with my car was covered by a recall and the mechanic went as far as to call the dealership himself to confirm and help me out. Definitely recommend for true and honest mechanics!

I walked in thinking I had to pay over $1k for an emissions light coming on due to sticking fuel injector on my 2019 Honda Pilot. I was grumpy as I was annoyed with the car having issues at 50k miles. Maplewood guys were so great, they helped me look up the recall I had thought I had read about but could not find for my year, encouraged me to call a couple dealerships to see if my vehicle was included, and even gave me a print out of the actual recall so that I can push on Honda if my vehicle is not included to understand why, They could have just done what I asked but they did not blindly move forward today on my scheduled vehicle appointment and spent time answering all my questions. They let me ask a lot of questions too and treated me respectfully and as a woman I really appreciate that since it is not always the case. If you want to go to a place that is honest, fair, hardworking, and does great work, this is the place to take your vehicle!!!
