I didn't have an appointment, however I had a loose part on the front underside of my car. They were kind enough to get my car in right away and attach the part so I don't have to worry over it any longer. Helpful, understanding and generous is how I would describe the way they deal with their customers.

I had called originally to get a tune up and received a call from Jason that there was something else wrong and it needed immediate replacement. He gave the best advice without robbing me for more money. I have been going to Maplewood for years as they are honest, friendly, and most of all genuine!!
