Maplewood consistently does a fantastic job.

Always polite, helpful, go the extra mile, courteous in how the customer is told things. One suggestion - when changing the oil, it throws off the clock, Milage, etc on the dashboard…..maybe you could make sure that’s “up to date” before you hand back the keys. ?

I loved seeing familiar faces at Maplewood. One small glitch was that the scheduler had forgotten to put rotating my tires on the order. But when I picked it up and discovered the error, they rotated the tires right then so I didn't have to return. I really appreciated that!
