After the tech diagnosed the issue they researched the defective part on the manufacture's website. While no recall was issued the manufacture would still cover it. This extra step that Maplewood Auto took saved me the replacement cost.

Tim said he had a brakes problem and he took his vehicle to the Honda dealerships and another business but only this business was able to fix it right. He added that the staff here seem really honest and that they do a good job.
