I appreciate that they suggest things that I'd have no idea need attention. But I've learned that they're not pushy. If they find something which needs attention, but tell me it can wait awhile, I trust them. I also have learned that when they advise something gets prompt attention, they're not just trying to scare me into the fix. I had a routine oil change done. They advised tire rotation. I gave my ok. With wheels off they were able to inspect brakes. The rear brakes are in poor shape but we didn't know it. I appreciate their thouroughness. They've never given me reason to look for a different competent mechanic.
