We've been really pleased with MAI over the years. If they find something which will need attention, they'll have several options available and they'll give me an idea of how long it can wait. They don't use 'fear factor' tactics. I appreciate that. Having used them for many years I've learned to trust their judgement with how urgent repairs are. On the rare occasion we've brought our vehicles elsewhere, I find myself appreciating MAI's style of doing business. I think it's hard to find a truly trustworthy auto mechanic. Have taken both of our vehicles to Maplewood Auto for many years (through several vehicle changes). I don't review often, so this is a good time to say we have had many good visits. An occasional surprise can be disconcerting, but that's partly why I go there. They do the work and keep their eyes open for other problems. Will call or put it on the invoice printout. Your decision to do the additional work.

The team at Maplewood has always had the time for me. If on the phone, they are patient while I explain my issue. In person, they always have a positive and supporting attitude. They offer a loaner vehicle that makes life much easier for auto repairs. Prices are fair and I trust the team that is performing the work. My wife and I drive from Hudsonville just to have you guys be our main auto repair and maintenance facility.

Even when very busy they're committed and caring

Went in for 1st oil change of new 2020 vehicle. Although vehicle was new they still went through the check list of winterizing.
