The Staff at Maplewood Auto have helped us for years & they treat us kindly. We needed just an oil change & so they squeezed us into their busy schedule this week when they found out that we were taking a trip with our car on the weekend. Excellent customer service.

Could not put my dads brakes on his car; and then charged him 25 dollars just so he could get his keys back.

We are sorry you were disappointed, however, we are not sure what we could have done differently considering your circumstances. You dropped off your van with no appointment, we inspected the brake system for you ahead of our scheduled appointments in order to accommodate your needs. We quoted and called your extended warranty company. It was not a matter of us not being able to do the work. You and the extended warranty company declined the repair. We charged an inspection fee which we then waived.
