My go to shop family values

We were in Holland for our anniversary and the caliper on our jeep locked up. I called in the morning and they worked us in. They even dropped us off downtown while we waited. Once it was ready they picked us up so we didnt have to walk a half hour to their shop! Excellent service, very kind/polite staff. They didnt even seem to mind that we were from Ohio! Saved our anniversary trip! Only reason I gave them a 5 is because I couldn't give them a 6.

Words seem inadequate to describe my experiences with Maplewood over the last 16 years. Again this time, they exceeded my expectations in caring, friendly and professional service - from Joe & the front office guys to the mechanics - top notch! With everything from oil changes to serious maintenance issues - you can trust Maplewood to be honest in their assessment and they NEVER do more than is absolutely necessary. For me, having them supply a 'loaner car' to use for the day has been valuable and so helpful.
