Leaving for work noticed my car was super loud. Okay exhaust fix. Well not that easy. Backing out of the garage I could hear it dragging, so I turned off the car and looked. The exhaust had dropped at the front of the car so there was no driving forward. I called 3 places and only Maplewood Auto answered. They said they may have a chance that day to look at it, but not fixed until the following day. Had it towed to them that morning and they called later that day. Gave me two options for the repair and the car was ready the next day. I was out of town and they made it easy to pay over the phone and I picked it up after hours. Several of my friends and neighbors go here and now they'll have my business too.

Compared to the dealership where I bought my Toyota Prius in Washington, DC area, as well as other shops in the Michigan area, these guys are the best. So helpful, they give you information that they know you’re going to need before you know you will. My first experience I went there to ask them how to get my car hood up so I could refill the windshield wiper fluid. They did it for free for me, since I had a gallon of wiper fluid with me. Plus they have experienced people who’ve worked with dealerships like Toyota, and know exactly what to do for my hybrid car. And the prices are extremely reasonable. I so highly recommend them!
