I find the personnel at Maplewood patient and articulate in explaining both technical and procedural things or when things don’t go as you’d normally expect. Still like them.

Had an electronics problem on my Lexus. After attempting to resolve the problem for a second day, Steve determined that the testing equipment available at a Lexus dealer would be required to resolve the problem. He only charged us a minimal charge for his time.

Trustworthy, excellent, reliable, and all-round terrific auto service. Couldn't ask for better!

Our Tahoe had lost it's ability to sense vehicles approaching the sides. It needed a new camera system in order to function properly. We knew it would be pricey, but were pleased to learn that the guys at Maplewood are so fair about prices. We felt that the work that was done was done properly, timely and was priced fairly. We have never been disappointed with the service we have received before from Maplewood Auto!

Once again the folks at Maplewood Auto show why they are my first and only call for repair. Needed new battery, no appointment and they fitted me in the schedule within a 1 hour window. So thankful for their honesty and fair prices. Thanks guys, You’re the best!!!!!
