I came in to help diagnose some vibration in the steering wheel, and they ended up just rotating the tires and charging me $120 for it. I get that labor is not free, but I think someone spent way too much time looking at and driving my car, when they probably should have just said out front they couldn't find anything and called it a day.

As a single woman ( and I’ve often had this discussion with others re: this topic ) we often feel vulnerable regarding anything technical/mechanical. I had heard about Maplewood Auto and how this place can be trusted. I finally made an appointment even though it’s not as convenient to get there for me. I feel “heard” and never feel as if I’m an annoyance which is critical for excellent customer service. I trust this business explicitly and these days that is sadly harder to find than what it used to . I’m thrilled to know I’m in good hands at Maplewood Auto!

Again Maplewood rescued me, an oldish and sometimes crazy lady who had a husband who took care of all things mechanical and related to machines like cars. And Maplewood always is respectful and patient. My heroes.

They properly diagnosed that i needed a new catalytic converter even though this wasn’t indicated by the diagnostic code. they found a new, but non-Kia, replacement part with a great warranty and saved me $2500. They offer service i can trust!
