There was a clicking and clacking noise in the front end when the brakes were applied. I thought it might be the brake calipers. I was wrong, it was quickly identified by the Techs as a leveling component on the front of the car. I like my car again now that it does not embarrass me when coming to a stop and it is a LEXUS after all. I trust Maplewood Auto with all of my auto needs. I know that I will get honest and good service. I know this sounds like an advertisement, but it is not. These guys are really good and I appreciate that. Special thanks to Joe, Bob, Steve and the Tech who identified the problem.
