The staff at Maplewood Auto, Inc. are very reliable and efficient, always putting the customer first. They explain repairs in an easy to understand manner and are considerate about only recommeding needed repairs.

Once again Joe and the Maple Wood Auto team found time to assess my car and put my mind at ease. I'm so fortunate they are my neighborhood shop, although I'd drive across the state for their help (and did when lived else where).

I have been going back and forth with the certified dealer here for 4 months and finally took it to Maplewood instead. They were amazingly fast, knowledgeable, and a fraction of the price compared to the dealer. The shop is huge, very clean, courteous and they got right down to the issue and resolved it. I had no problems working out what I wanted done with the vehicle. I wish I had taken it to them first!

I dropped my jeep off and they called me promptly to let me know that the issue was and any unknown issues that need to be addressed in the future. They were fast and professional. I recommend them to all my friends and family!
