Everyone there has always been so helpful and courteous. I am so glad somebody recommend me to them around 6-7 years ago.

I have had my care serviced many many times and never had one complaint. Recently, I purchased a new set of tires, which are great. I appreciated the loaner van, but it was really smelly and dirty inside. Also the mechanics did not take care to keep my vehicle clean. Carpet was soiled, door had black marks. I only tell you , not to complain, but because I know you would want to know in order to do better.

Even though they were booked solid, they found time to make a repair. MAI is the most customer-oriented business I've encountered.

From the very moment one enters the Maplewood Auto premises, you are always greeted with a smile and a friendly hello. Always! The atmosphere is joyful, calm, and very professional. And of course, the service and work done on my vehicles is exellent. I've been a loyal customer of Maplewood for many years and would not have my cars serviced by anyone else.

We like Maplewood. They do a great job and are honest. They try to prevent issues from coming but will be honest about what is imperative to do and what can wait.
