Got in wuickly for an oil change and safety check. Everyone was professional and friendly

First experience with Maplewood Auto. I was referred by another customer. Had a heating problem with my car. The service technician listened intently to my problem and was thorough in explaining cause for the malfunction and diagnosis. The car was looked at in a reasonable amt of time and the I thought the fee was reasonable.

The men are always courteous and respectful, explaining any little extras that might need attention. They’re always looking out for safety, not just adding on unnecessary work for. monetary gain. Maplewood Auto is always my go-to.

You exchange cars with them in the morning and they call you when your car is ready to be picked up. Very nice people there and they have patience and are good at explaining why & what. Super happy with this car repair place!

I found Maplewood Auto by a coworker’s recommendation. The people were friendly and scheduling was easy! I needed an oil change and a light fixed and they had time for me the next day. Service was quick and prices were what I expected. I’ll be coming back!

Brought in a used truck that I had just purchased. They checked all fluids, and changed what was needed. Did a check of bearings, hoses, struts, brakes, exhaust and probably other things I don’t know about. Gave me a list of what needed immediate attention and what could wait. Opted to have everything done. Next day everything was completed and I drove away happy
