Jason was extremely kind, efficient, and helpful. My car was in need of an urgent repair. He generously spent time checking into the process the repair would entail and then truthfully gave me the requested estimate. It was expensive because of the extensive labor required. My car was in the shop within a few days and to my great delight the knowledgeable mechanic was able to do the repair in a much more efficient way at nearly half the cost! My car was ready to go by mid-afternoon! I am so appreciative of the professional way I was treated at Maplewood Auto. All were patient and answered all my questions as a new customer.
