My car was not starting like it should. I called the guys at Maplewood and was able to stop in that day. They installed a new battery, checked the starter and alternator and declared me good to go! All done at a very fair price!!

The technician at the desk gave me a complete rundown of what the mechanic / technician did and what he found. I was impressed with the level of service from a non-dealer, independent garage like they are. They found the problems and recommended the solutions. Everything was done transparently giving me great confidence. The loaner vehicle was also much appreciated.

From start to finish, my auto problem was correctly diagnosed, estimated honestly, and repaired fully to my satisfaction. There were a couple time delays, understandably, due to holidays, but good communication and courtesy beyond my expectations made the overall experience great.
