I always get service that is friendly, intelligent, and reasonably priced. The customer service reps always give repair options without coercion. The free loaners are handy as well.

Typical for Maplewood.......Impeccable service without a hitch. Mapelewood sets the standard for the auto repair and maintenance service industry. Excellent service at a very fair price. The staff cannot do enough for its customers!

Aaron said on the plus side, this facility did a good job in explaining his options and answered all his questions. On the downside, the turnaround time took many days, although, there was no promised time. He did have to take his vehicle back for an issue where the computer had to reset itself. He would have preferred that they held on to the vehicle for it to do this and not have to go back.
