Maplewood does a great job of looking at the whole picture. Since we bought our tires from them, they watch to see when they need to be rotated. We had our car in for a cooling issue, and they went ahead and rotated the tires (for free) since it was needed. I had forgotten to ask them to do this so it was nice they remembered.

I always have a positive experience. They are always courteous, polite and caring.

The crew at Maplewood always do a great job and are very considerate of any needs I have. As a bonus, they have reasonable prices too.

I think we got lost in the shuffle. Dropped the van off on June 17. As of July 17, still had not received information on problem and still not repaired. Almost 5 weeks for spark plugs/wires.

Ammalisa said she always receives good service, but she feels the prices could be a little lower.

We have had our vehicles serviced by Maplewood Auto for years and appreciate their willingness to help in any way they can and like that they stick behind their work!

Each of the guys as well as Judy treat you like a friend not just a customer.

You guys are he best, being able to walk in and have the car taken care of right away means alot.
