Best mechanic experience I've had and certainly the best in Holland. I've been using Maplewood for a few years now since moving to the area. The two main guys that answer the phone, Tommy and I can't remember the other's name, are fantastic and their customer service is top notch. All the guys at the counter when you walk in are friendly and genuinely interested in helping you, never an attitude or snarky tone from them. The guys in back that worked on my car have always been knowledgeable and give my car great service. I use them exclusively for my car issues.

We have had several repairs completed on two different vehicles and we’re more than satisfied with the finished jobs. The staff is always helpful, listens to our concerns and explains the process thoroughly. Their communication from start to finish assures there are no unknowns in the repair process. The staff is knowledgeable, the costs are fairly priced and they’re not done til we’re satisfied. Several of our friends also use Maplewood Auto and all are returning customers.

Jason was very good about the same day service on the tire turned out to a replacement, a screw cut the sidewall. Steve was great when I picked up the tire, making the transaction and he loaded the tire into my car. Great service.

Always great service even if just for oil change. Appreciate all the guys no matter what their position is.

Trustworthy and honest, these guys do great work at a fair price and don’t take advantage of anyone’s lack of knowledge about their cars. Maplewood was recommended to me by a family member years ago and I have been a customer ever since. Great work guys!
