My car was way overdue for service and everything was well explained to me and nothing that didn’t NEED to be done was suggested. I really appreciated that!

I scheduled an appointment for tires to be put on my vehicle, an oil change, and battery and brake check. Dropped vehicle off before 8AM, had it back by 3PM with everything asked for completed. Oil change was clean, no mess for me to have to clean up (which I have had frequently at the drive-thru oil services stations). Customer service is friendly and kept me up to date with what was happening, and asked me if I wanted certain items replaced before doing it.

Highly professional and always trusted. I always have the peace of mind that our vehicles are safe on the road and the mechanics always service and treat them like their own. There is not a higher quality auto repair facility in all of Michigan.

After an oil change I always appreciate the fact they give the vehicle a complete check up! Feel much more confident about the status of the vehicle!!

Mid October I found out I had no heat in my car. Had a mechanic lined up for the being of November that fell thru I waited about week n half and called maple wood auto. They were able to get me in beginning of December and have my car done the same day.

Iv taken both my VW and Audi to be serviced here for engine and suspension work they follow through with quality of work and customer service they are fair with pricing and would let me know of any additional cost before proceeding I believe their techs know what they’re doing
