Maplewood Auto is a fantastic. I'm not knowledgeable in car mechanics but they explain the issue, the options and the estimates for each. They are explain in easily understandable terms and are willing to answer questions. I've been with Maplewood Auto for years and will continue to take my vehicle for service here. The only thing is be sure to be proactive in scheduling because they're always booked out! A testament to the great service they provide! Thanks Maplewood!

My Jeep Cherokee has been quirky. It stalled if I was just a few miles overdue for an oil change. It simply would not run. I was left stranded more than once. Once I switched having my oil changes done at the dealership to getting them at Maplewood Auto I have not had trouble . . . not even once. Last week Friday I went out to my Jeep to head up to Grand Haven for a Ladies Weekend Get-Together . . . and the darn thing would not start. Nothing. Not so much as a sound indicating it wanted to turn over. Without a bit of warning once again I was stranded. When I finally was able to get it jumped every light on the dashboard was flashing and it drove right as if a governor had been activated. Steve kindly told me they would look at it (even though they were overbooked as it was) if I could get there. I did and had to leave it over the weekend. By some lucky star Steve had a cancellation and was able to look it over on Tuesday. CrAzY thing, it ended up being a dead battery. All that drama for a dead battery. Makes me wonder what Jeep engineers are thinking when they design these systems. As for me, I’m sure grateful having Steve on my team!!

I had an oil change, tire rotation and new wiper blades. It was done efficiently and my questions answered with kindness and care. Everything looks and sounds great!

My car needed a part replaced. Should have been in the next day but due to issues beyond their control took 4 days. Were very apologetic and did a great job of keeping me updated on the situation. I could get by without it but appreciated their concern and time keeping me updated. Great job.

I had a wonderful service for my car in this company. I am so appreciate the manager Jason, who got my car for the service. I wouldn’t even expect that I spent less time to wait for my car after the service work.

I had a computer readout done on my engine. I also had my summer tires and wheels taken off and my winter snow tires and wheels put on. The tire sensors were adjusted to winter tires. It is so easy to work with Maplewood and the people go out of their way to help you! Good job at a great price!
