I was very impressed with Maplewood, they were very straightforward with explanations and kind. They didn’t spare any details. As someone who is not a man, sometimes I feel belittled and over people use exaggerated simplification when I go to OTHER auto shops. Here I never felt that. They treated me very well and explained everything as I would expect they would explain to anybody else. Very impressed with their work also! Before they started working on my car, they called me after they took a look and went over everything they would do.

We had to have our car towed here because the battery went dead near Holland and we are from GR. They were so kind and also up front about how long it would take to service our car. When I explained that we were paying for a rental until our car was fixed, they said they would try to squeeze it in ASAP. It took a couple of days but they kept in contact and were genuinely trying to get it in soon. The price was reasonable and they were so kind and honest. Our friend recommended this place and we are very grateful for Maplewood Auto.

The people at Maplewood Auto were sooo good to me. They work quickly and communicate often. They take time to explain things if you don't get it, and will help look for economical fixes or give you options. They even helped me think through my decisions when I couldn't decide! I so appreciate them, and their pricing is always fair.

We were notified in detail regarding the nature of repairs. The estimate was right on. The phone calls were very professional and Tommy Clover was very kind, knowledgeable, and accurate. This shop knows cars well.

In the 30 years I’ve lived in the area and gone to Maplewood Auto, I’ve always been satisfied with the manners, personal interest, helpful suggestions, and integrity of the work and service people. Never have I felt take advantage of. I’m assured of going to a place that I can trust.
