This place upcharges like crazy. They charged me 1k to replace a belt tensioner and they were going to charge me $1700 to replace an easily accessible oil cooler and $500 to replace a $120 module in the fuse box. I ended up replacing the oil cooler myself, did it in about 5 hours as a lower level DIYer and it was $50 for an upgraded version of the part. For the prices they’re charging, I should be expecting gold plated bolts and a fully detailed car at the end of it. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because they have a nice staff.
We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and are glad to hear our staff treated you well. We work incredibly hard to provide excellent customer service. We understand your frustration regarding the repair estimates and pricing. Our quotes reflect not only the cost of parts, labor, warranty coverage, and the use of OEM or recommended components whenever applicable. We also recognize that some customers are comfortable tackling repairs themselves, and we respect that you were able to complete the oil cooler replacement on your own. Our goal is always to provide transparent recommendations and reliable service so customers can make the decision that works best for them. We value your feedback and will take it into consideration as we continue improving our communication and customer experience.
