Tommy fit me in for an oil change to an already fully booked day, because he knew I was leaving for a road trip. While there, they realized my rear brakes were completely shot, and with two hours left in the business day, Tommy got these all ready for me to go on my road trip! I am incredibly thankful! We had a very unusual sound coming from our vents on our Ford Explorer. They found the problem quickly and were able to take care of it. They also located another important issue that needed attention. Excellent work.
