Friendly staff and oil change took less time then I thought.

I just stopped in without an appointment when the indicator light said my tire reassure was low. They were able to identify the problem (a nail), repair it, and get me back on the road in a matter of minutes! And all with kindness, respect, and understanding.

It was easy to schedule an appointment. Everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable and answered my questions so it was easy to understand. The paperwork listed all work done as well as anything that might need attention in the future. I felt my car was well cared for.

Great customer service and great mechanical service. Very prompt time wise. Best in Holland!

Incredibly professional group of people behind the front desk who are honest past the point of just getting you to spend money on needless repairs. My car was in and out for a few different issues within the day. The mechanics work proficiently while not overlooking the details. I drive from Grand Haven, and will continue to bring my car here for evything from oil change to engine repair. Fantastic experience, if I could give more stars I would.
