Never gonna go back ever ..again!! I bought CV axle . For them to replace . But come back home it still the same. They Charge $250 and the axle still the same.

5 stars is not enough for this place. If I could leave 20 I would. My son's car wouldn't start last Thursday. After dropping in a new battery it still wouldn't turn over. I suspected it might be the starter. The caveat to this review is that my kids were scheduled to take this vehicle up north for a camping trip on Thursday night. After a few calls from my wife (explaining our situation) Maplewood Auto would accept looking at our vehicle on 'short notice' and would do thier best to diagnose and repair the issue..but no promises. This was understood on our end considering the circumsances. The car was dropped off at 12:30pm, by 4:30pm the vehicle was diagnosed, repaired with a new starter and returned to us. I'll be honest, this was not expected on our end. Alot had to go right...the stars had to align....for a mechanic to accept a last minute appointment and repair an issue is just unheard of these days. This is not the norm and I wouldn't expect this to happen again. The way we were treated and the attention to detail from Maplewood Auto was beyond words. I can't recommend this company enough. My son's were able to leave Thursday afternoon as planned and make thier camping trip. In the event our vehicle is in need of repair again Maplewood Auto will be our ONLY CALL. Thank you Maplewood Auto for saving my son's trip and repairing his car is such a short notice. While this is the exception and not the norm our family truely appreciates going the extra mile!

Like everyone, I hate putting money into my car. But, I always feel comfortable trusting Maplewood to take care my worries. The team has always been courteous, clearly communicating the problem and suggesting solutions. They have always been timely and respectful to me and my car.

Staff was courteous and helpful. After my appointment I went back to ask some questions about the car and a very nice young women helped me understand instruments and showed me how they work.

We were traveling from out of town and had a slow leak in our tire. called and they were so nice and helpful over the phone and got us right in. while we waited the staff was so nice to us and explained they patched the tire and we were on our way in less than 30 minutes ! Thank you for taking care of us!!! we appreciate your customer care.

I always heard great things about MA, so after moving away from "my service guy", I decided to give MA a try. Very glad I did!! They are very cordial, punctual and busy (busy is a good sign!). I will be switching to MA for my on going car maintenance. So glad I tried them.
