I've been coming to MAI for about 15 years, when I moved to Holland, and have no plans to go anywhere else. Living outside Grand Rapids now, occasionally there's something I need to have done closer to home. But for everything else, it's always Maplewood. The guys in the office know me by name and it's a safe, trustworthy place to come as a younger, single female who knows little about cars.

Took my car in for them to diagnose, and they had an answer for me within a few hours. Great service.
