I had my car fail me in commute home. I got a tow and asked for the best recommendation for repairs. Maple wood auto was where the car was left on Thursday night. Friday morning I spoke with Jason and he stated that they would look at it by days end of Friday. The communication and service from them was amazing until the pickup on The following Monday afternoon. OEM parts and reasonable cost when I had never done business with them prior. I was extremely impressed.

I was extremely happy with my service at Maplewood. At no point did I feel like they were just trying to sell me every little thing but they also did a great job of informing me of other issues I might have in the future. Overall, I felt respected and as someone who doesn’t know much about cars they did a great job of explaining everything.

The proprietor awarded me with a free oil change due to the inconvenience and misunderstanding on his part. Yea. Way to turn a less than positive experience into a good outcome with minimal cost to the proprietor.

I really felt like Maplewood will be a great replacement for TLC. I was very sad that they closed the business and nervous about having to try someone new.
