I’ve been going to maplewood auto for at least 15 years they’ve always seemed fair, but I recently took my car in for a oil leak, engine light was on from bad sensors and they found a couple other issues that needed to be fixed that I gave them the okay to fix, I was clear about the oil leak being my main reasoning of bringing my car in just to get it back after 3 days and $2500 later for my car to still be leaking oil and for them to give me a quote of $2100+ dollars to fix the actual problem and $100 of that is for the parts and oil, what a waste of my time and money, it’s was a nice run with maplewood but I’ll take my hard earned money to a business that cares about there mistakes

The appointment was a routine servicing of our mini-van. I asked if they could dive a little deeper into a checkup because we were going on an extended road trip. They asked permission to replace the air filter. They did great work and also gave me a heads-up regarding upcoming repairs needed.
