Dropped car off prior night of scheduled appt for check engine light. Determined that was related to oil change time, not miles. Also, general safety inspection resulted in recommended elective repairs, but just agreed in the morning to proceed with oil change despite not achieving miles, and a headlight diagnostics to determine blinker issues. Daughter stopped by at 3pm but oil change and diagnostics still not started. We were not clear with them that the car was needed at 3pm so part of this is on me, will be more specific in the future. They are still my go to, but some better communication expected from them as well that this was getting deprioritized to end of day.

Naïvely, I had been accustomed to having a dealership service my vehicles. I wish that I had used Maplewood years before…Great customer service, much better prices and just as good, if not better, quality.

I brought my car in on Friday for a general checkup. Today, when I drove it, it started to overheat even though it has coolant in it. It has never overheated before. Now I have to bring it back to get fixed again and am without a car for work on Monday. Edit: I'm changing my review to 4 stars because they were willing to work with me to fix the car promptly and wrote off the extra labor on a temperature sensor that broke. I appreciate the professionalism!

Great service!

Clear communication and sound advice. Was even advised that some originally planned repairs may not be required. This shop had my best interest in mind and was as honest a vendor as I’ve ever worked with.
