The dealer wanted to sell the whole fuze box to replace one relay. Steve sourced just the relay resulting in big savings.

I went to Maplewood with an exhaust leak on my truck. I also asked them the morning of my appointment to do an oil change. They got both done on my appointment day and they noticed it was running rough after they started it and suggested it was way past due for spark plugs that would fix this problem. I realized I had been dealing with this rough idling since I bought my truck used 80000 miles ago. I just accepted that it was something I had to live with but Maplewood realized that I had a problem and fixed it after asking for my approval. I am glad they went the extra mile to find this problem and fix it without me bringing it up. Not only will my truck idle better but I am also anticipating better gas mileage

Just moved to the area and was looking for a shop to service my Highlander. Very pleased with their friendliness and service. I found the place I was looking for.

I just moved to Holland and a friend recommended Maplewood Auto. They just finished working on my car and I couldn’t be happier. A new town doesn’t feel like home until you find a good doctor, dentist, auto mechanic and bookie. Kidding about the bookie, but at least I am 1/3 of the way there.

Once again quick, respectful, helpful for the single woman who needs guidance but not pressure or manipulation. This is one of the businesses which gives me confidence that I can continue to live independently. You are my “peeps”.

If you have the money to pay for unexpected repairs, this place is fine. I really like the customer service workers that this shop employs, everybody is very nice and thorough. However, I have to leave a 2 star review due to the fact that twice now i have brought them my car for service to be done and something completely out of the ordinary went wrong. The first time i understood, maybe it was just a huge coincidence. But after my most recent visit (alignment and transmission service) my car magically won't start. Keep in mind i have owned my car for two years and i have NEVER had an issue with it not starting. I feel like im being taken advantage of. I will not be going back. It's a shame too because i really like the shop and have been getting my oil changes here ever since i purchased my car. Can't trust them any longer. EDIT: the owner of the company has fully addressed the problems I had with my service and I commend him for that. I left here with a bad taste in my mouth and he really seemed to care and he more than made things right. At first I said I would not return, but with customer service like this, I think I may have to reconsider. Thank you Tommy for taking care of me.
