If you have the money to pay for unexpected repairs, this place is fine. I really like the customer service workers that this shop employs, everybody is very nice and thorough. However, I have to leave a 2 star review due to the fact that twice now i have brought them my car for service to be done and something completely out of the ordinary went wrong. The first time i understood, maybe it was just a huge coincidence. But after my most recent visit (alignment and transmission service) my car magically won't start. Keep in mind i have owned my car for two years and i have NEVER had an issue with it not starting. I feel like im being taken advantage of. I will not be going back. It's a shame too because i really like the shop and have been getting my oil changes here ever since i purchased my car. Can't trust them any longer. EDIT: the owner of the company has fully addressed the problems I had with my service and I commend him for that. I left here with a bad taste in my mouth and he really seemed to care and he more than made things right. At first I said I would not return, but with customer service like this, I think I may have to reconsider. Thank you Tommy for taking care of me.
